1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Hiring & Staff Training

*$10,000 covers the entire speaking fee. (Phil will pay for his own travel and accommodations.) You will also need to find/rent a space for the class. Check with your local Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Development Authority, Main Street Program, or other Economic Development organizations to help you find space and potential sponsors to pull off this event.

Invite your fellow indie retailers.
Invite your local franchise owners.
Invite your economic development directors.
Invite your local college instructors who teach business and entrepreneur classes.
Invite your local high school and college business students.

For best results, you should try to cap the number of participating businesses at 15, but each business is welcome to bring two or three people if your space allows. (It only takes twelve paid guests or one or two good sponsors to make this as affordable as the five-week program in Jackson.)
